Hello World, February is associated with love because of Saint Valentine’s Day. Did you know that the greatest love affair should be the one we have with ourselves? When clients come to see me I pose the question, ‘Do you love yourself’? Some get embarrassed at this question, not understanding the significance. I explain that loving yourself is not about someone who thinks themselves superior, but about someone who supports and treats themselves with loving care.

Most people deal in conditional love, in other words I will love myself when I come up to my own expectations, some do not, and have never loved them selves.
Loving yourself is acceptance of yourself just as you are, not when you have passed your driving test, taken a degree, had your hair done and look dapper, no it is with all your lumps and bumps. So be good to yourself and in doing so you will raise your energy. Namaste Rosemary
