Albert Ellis (September 27, 1913 – July 24, 2007) an American psychologist said “The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny” When I realized I created my reality it was the day I began to live. It removed all resentment, anger, condemnation and left me free to feel love. It put me in charge of my own destiny and I ceased to be a victim. To know more read Knowing the Secret:-
