Louise L Hay writer of you can heal your life said, ‘We are each responsible for all of our experiences’ and I agree, but until you know WHY it means little to us. ‘It’s hard to except if you have been cruelly treated,’ you might say, and I would agree with you if I didn’t know why we are responsible for our experiences. In my book ‘Knowing the Secret’ I tell you about my childhood and how (although I was treated cruelly) I can take responsibility for my childhood and the rest of my life. When you see the bigger picture you will be able to accept your responsibility. Responsibility sets you free from resentments, condemnation, frustration, hatred etc and you are free from all the pain you get from the latter states of mind. Namaste Rosemary.
